Terms and Conditions - The Musafir Holidays

General Guidelines

  • We work as a pure Travel Agency.
  • A day is calculated from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs (Calendar Day). Drivers require a minimum of 8 hours of rest (Night Stay).
  • Night driving allowance of INR200 per night is applicable for trips requiring night driving between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, excluding the pickup night.
  • Air conditioning will not work in hill areas or in stationary/parked vehicles.
  • The vehicle will operate on safe and movable roads only and may not go on narrow roads. Google Maps may not always show the actual road status.

Parking Charges

  • Parking charges will include only one-time charges for sightseeing places and market parking. Charges for hotels, cinemas, and shopping malls are not covered.

Booking and Cancellation

  • After confirmation, the trip cannot be changed, and the duration cannot be minimized. It can only be extended at an additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Package dates can be altered based on hotel availability. Any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused services due to natural calamities or other reasons.
  • Cancellation due to flight cancellations or similar situations will incur 100% cancellation charges for unutilized rooms and vehicles.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel (typically between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.

Vehicle Usage

  • The type of vehicle will be based on the number of travelers. The vehicle will not be at disposal and will follow the itinerary.
  • Extra charges will apply for vehicle usage outside the itinerary.
  • Vehicles are strictly point-to-point and will cover only the points listed in the itinerary.

Limitations and Liability

  • We are not responsible for bad weather, political disruptions, or other unavoidable trip cancellations.
  • No refunds or claims will be entertained for unused tours, hotel rooms, or complimentary services.
  • City museums and monuments may remain closed on national holidays. We are not responsible for missed visits due to closures or maintenance.
  • Lost or left-behind items during the trip are the traveler's responsibility.
  • All disputes are subject to Nashik jurisdiction.
