The desert plains of Rann of Kutch transforms into an oasis of domestic and foreign tourists during Rann Utsav, which is organized by Gujarat Tourism every year during 4 months of winter. Rann Utsav, the carnival of music, dance and folklore, offers an excellent opportunity to the tourists to indulge in leisure, pleasure, and merriment. This year, the festival of Rann Utsav is organized with the enlarged scale and scope from 1st November 2024 to 29th February 2025. The wholesome package of nature’s splendor, fun, entertainment, adventure, leisure, sightseeing, and cultural ecstasy is waiting to be explored.

Check-in time: 12:30 PM Transfers from Bhuj to White Rann Resort Dhordo on fixed timings:
- Arrival: Transfer from Bhuj to White Rann Resort, Dhordo with Complimentary refreshment (Approx. 81 km – 2 hrs by road)
- 09.30 AM From Bhuj Railway Station/Bhuj Airport
- Departure: 09.30 AM From White Rann Resort, Dhordo to Bhuj
- Note: All transfers other than the stated above are on chargeable-basis and subject to availability.

- 2 Night/3 Day Package includes: Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day.(Veg / Jain Only)
- Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.

Exclusions
- All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
- Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.
- Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots
- Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

Terms and Conditions - The Musafir Holidays
General Guidelines
- We work as a pure Travel Agency.
- A day is calculated from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs (Calendar Day). Drivers require a minimum of 8 hours of rest (Night Stay).
- Night driving allowance of INR200 per night is applicable for trips requiring night driving between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, excluding the pickup night.
- Air conditioning will not work in hill areas or in stationary/parked vehicles.
- The vehicle will operate on safe and movable roads only and may not go on narrow roads. Google Maps may not always show the actual road status.
Parking Charges
- Parking charges will include only one-time charges for sightseeing places and market parking. Charges for hotels, cinemas, and shopping malls are not covered.
Booking and Cancellation
- After confirmation, the trip cannot be changed, and the duration cannot be minimized. It can only be extended at an additional cost, subject to availability.
- Package dates can be altered based on hotel availability. Any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services due to natural calamities or other reasons.
- Cancellation due to flight cancellations or similar situations will incur 100% cancellation charges for unutilized rooms and vehicles.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel (typically between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.
Vehicle Usage
- The type of vehicle will be based on the number of travelers. The vehicle will not be at disposal and will follow the itinerary.
- Extra charges will apply for vehicle usage outside the itinerary.
- Vehicles are strictly point-to-point and will cover only the points listed in the itinerary.
Limitations and Liability
- We are not responsible for bad weather, political disruptions, or other unavoidable trip cancellations.
- No refunds or claims will be entertained for unused tours, hotel rooms, or complimentary services.
- City museums and monuments may remain closed on national holidays. We are not responsible for missed visits due to closures or maintenance.
- Lost or left-behind items during the trip are the traveler's responsibility.
- All disputes are subject to Nashik jurisdiction.

- Offline Bookings: Payments can be made through Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS.
