Refund Policy – The Musafir Holidays

At The Musafir Holidays, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for our clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we have outlined a clear and transparent refund policy.

1. Cancellation and Refund Guidelines

  • Cancellation by the Client:

    • 30 Days Before Travel: 90% of the booking amount will be refunded.
    • 15-29 Days Before Travel: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
    • 7-14 Days Before Travel: 25% of the booking amount will be refunded.
    • Less Than 7 Days Before Travel: No refund will be provided.
  • Cancellation by The Musafir Holidays:
    In the rare event that we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.

3. Non-Refundable Components

Certain components of the booking, such as airline tickets, visa fees, or special activity charges, may be non-refundable as per the policies of the service providers. These details will be explicitly communicated during the booking process.

4. Modifications and Rescheduling

  • Modifications to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • If you choose to reschedule your trip instead of canceling, we will do our best to adjust your itinerary with minimal fees.

5. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. However, we will work with you to reschedule your trip where possible.
