1. Booking and Payment
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.
- Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other accepted methods.
- All payments must be completed by the deadlines provided to avoid cancellations.
2. Pricing
- Prices listed are per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or changes in supplier costs.
- Any additional charges (e.g., taxes, fees, or levies) will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official channels.
- Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of departure will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Travel Documents
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
- The Musafir Holidays is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by issues with travel documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers to cover unexpected events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost belongings.
- The Musafir Holidays is not liable for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
6. Itinerary Changes
- Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The Musafir Holidays reserves the right to modify or cancel activities for safety or operational reasons.
- Alternate arrangements will be made wherever possible, but no refunds will be issued for itinerary changes.
7. Responsibilities of Travelers
- Travelers must adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided by tour leaders or service providers.
- Any damage caused by a traveler to property or facilities must be compensated directly by the traveler.
- Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings; The Musafir Holidays is not liable for any loss or theft.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Musafir Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies).
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.
- In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), we will make reasonable efforts to assist but are not responsible for any resulting losses.
9. Complaints and Disputes
- Any complaints must be reported during the tour to allow for immediate resolution.
- Disputes must be submitted in writing to The Musafir Holidays within 14 days of the tour completion.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
